The Cape Jaffa range showcases Mount Benson's qualities as a premium wine growing region, with fruit source predominantly from our biodynamic vineyards at Cape Jaffa.

The 2009 vintage afforded Mount Benson fruit a long and slow growing season, allowing for even ripening across the vineyard, and no rain in February meant grapes arrived in exceptional condition.  A hands-on and gentle winemaking process has preserved the exceptional fruit characters from our vineyards in this vintage’s semillon sauvignon blanc. The winemaking was undertaken with a focus on minimal intervention, allowing great regionality and varietal expression.

The aroma of this elegant, dry white offers a lively mix of lemon and grapefruit with some grassy notes, while the palate exhibits exhibits a great sense of minerality and a zesty dry finish.
