Cape Jaffa Wines abides by standard Australian wine industry practices with regards to its wine returns policy. If a wine is found to be affected by cork taint, we will happily provide an exchange provided all or part of the following can be returned to the winery:
- the TCA-affected cork
- the affected wine
- the bottle showing evidence that it contained TCA-affected wine
If all or part of the items above are returned to Cape Jaffa Wines, PO Box 437 Robe SA 5276, a replacement bottle will be issued to the return address provided. Where the affected vintage is not available, a bottle of the newest vintage available will be supplied.
Cape Jaffa Wines does not refund change-of-mind purchases.
