CAPE JAFFA The Cape Jaffa range showcases Mount Benson's qualities as a premium wine growing region, with fruit source predominantly from our biodynamic vineyards at Cape Jaffa. Our now fully certified biodynamic Cape Jaffa Sauvignon Blanc comes from low yielding vines hand-pruned and carefully managed using biodynamic techniques. 2010 was a vintage of early ripening and mild temperatures leading up to harvest, providing ideal growing conditions for our whites. A hands-on and gentle winemaking process has preserved the exceptional fruit characters from our vineyards in this vintage’s sauvignon blanc. The winemaking was undertaken with a focus on minimal intervention, allowing great regionality and varietal expression. On the nose this sauvignon blanc showcases a fruit cocktail of tropical kiwi, white peach and lime zest.
