Deep ruby in colour with vibrant purple hues, it opens with lifted aromas of blackberry, dark plum and white pepper. The palate is layered and expressive, smoky and earthy up front, with savoury notes of salty, gamey meats and dark fruit on the finish. Balanced by soft, lingering tannins and a thread of natural acidity, this wine delivers a generous yet refined finish.
