Cape Jaffa Wines Pty Ltd (“CJW”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates under South Australian liquor licensing, food safety, and responsible service standards. CJW offers wine flight tastings, grazing platters, and vineyard experiences at 459 Limestone Coast Road, Wangolina SA 5275, in a relaxed, pet- and family-friendly environment. On the same property, The Cape Jaffa Wines Cottage offers vineyard accommodation bookable via Airbnb.
All bookings made through FareHarbor, Acuity Scheduling, or our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy below.
Bookings & Cancellations
Table Reservations are free to book and non-refundable, but please cancel if you can’t attend so your table may be offered to others. Food Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before your booking can be refunded or rescheduled; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. CJW reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to weather, operational, or safety considerations or government-mandated restrictions. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or alternative date.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from purchase, redeemable online, at the Cellar Door, or for onsite experiences. They are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or expired.
Alcohol Service
Only products produced by Cape Jaffa Wines and Loophole Brewing Co. may be served on premises. BYO alcohol is not permitted.
