Vivid and aromatic the 2025 Rosé offers a fragrant nose, filled with wild strawberries, raspberries, floral musk and a hint of crushed red berries. A refreshing palate with lively acidity and bright red berry flavours. Juicy boysenberry and pomegranate burst forward, carried by a silky texture and fine mineral thread which runs right through until the very end. Soft and juicy persists and gentle savoury edge adds depth. There’s a nod to the coastal-climate influence on the vineyard with it’s lingering saline flick.
